This is a small art muesum/gallery located on the 5th floor of a department store/office building to the immediate south of the Mitaka Station. Walk across the elevated bridge and take the esclator up as far as it goes then switch to the elevator.
I have seen some very good exhibits here and some rather poor ones so you pays your money and you takes your chances. But the good ones are well worth seeing, e.g.an exhibit a couple of years back of the prints by the Yoshida family members was excellent.
I do not remember the entrance fee but it is modest as is appropriate for such a small venue. Check Tokyo Art Beat before going to see if the exhibit is something that you may be interested in.
Easy to get to, modest in cost, and sometimes quite good shows.
Note also they mount only 4 exhibits a year, I do not know anything about the quality or extent of the permanent collection.
