Beautiful bush lodge and great catering by Judy. All cottages are right on the Limpopo river. We had some great elephant sightings but in general very few game and too many Mopani bushes. You have to bring all your drinks including water if you don t want to drink their own bore whole water

HI Guys,

Thank you for the review - it was great to meet all of you and share some of our part of the world. The game viewing this time of the year can be challenging because of the thickness of the bush but the day after you left the lions were at the waterhole at Reception - SO sorry you did not see them.

Best Regards
Judi and Helena

I was truly in awe when I was driven into Tuli Camp last weekend. The gigantic ancient towering trees makes the places almost magical with the sounds of the wildlife all around. Camping with Kiboko Adventures for two nights was not nearly enough to get the most of the Tuli Block. With the wide range of wildlife and knowledge staff who greeted us daily made the end of my trip worth wile. I absolutely loved meeting the local bush pig that wonders into camp and the other wildlife that pops in for a quick visit. I will be telling everyone that they must go and stay there whenever visiting Botswana and I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Regards Katherine

Room tip: I camped but i do know there are lodges you can stay at. You wont get the nightly animal encounters though if you don't camp!

Looking for an off-the-beaten-track experience enjoying wildlife and nature in Botswana? This is the perfect spot! A beautiful scenery to begin with, a dream location of the lodge on the Limpopo river bank, an open air but private bathroom-with-a-view and guided safari tours and nice meals on request. In the rainy season you may see less wildlife, but for us it was a tremendous experience, not to be missed. Last tip: do use a 4x4 (or simular), fit for the dirt road to lodge and game park.

We stayed at Wild at Tuli for 2 nights. The view from the River lodges is magnificent. And taking a shower while looking at the Limpopo river is a special experience.
Judi made us a delicious dinner and breakfast.
The game drives with Dix were exiting, the landscape alone was worthwhile, unfortunately the elephants were in hiding.
To get there on the dirt road, a 4x4 or at least a car that stands high on the wheels is highly recommended.
We realy enjoyed to discover this part of Botswana. Love to come back one day.

Spent 2 blissful days at Wild at Tuli. We are a family of 4 (2 children under 12) and stayed at the lodge by the river. Surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Wonderful view and incredible bird life... Saw hippos and crocodiles in the river. The lodge is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved it, would happily go again, and highly recommend it.
