Comfortably furnished, relaxing and welcoming. Accurate photographs, sensibly kitted out. Lovely and warm. Great location in the centre of the village, but quiet. Generous host. Would recommend.
The apartment was perfect, easy booking process & warm welcome. Kirkmichael is a lovely village with shop/cafe and many nearby hotels. The surrounding countryside is brim full of well signposted walks, with all of beautiful Perthshire within easy driving distance. Ready to book for next year.
Audrey is a wonderful host. Me and my partner stayed in many holiday homes, many of them were nice, but you can't beat the value of this place for what it offers anywhere else.
We have stayed before in December for over a week and Audrey made us feel very welcome. Second time she offered us another apartment she had available for the time being and we can't complain about anything: Bed was really comfortable, all the comfort and things you need its all at your disposal.
It's a small lovely village, with a little shop just across the street, not very far from Pitlochry and Blairgowrie, but there are plenty of things to do
and Audrey's apartments has loads of information if you are up that.
I really do hope it gets more credit for its worth. Thank you, Audrey!
We have just had yet another wonderful time in Kirkmichael. The accommodation is great - spacious and like a small castle! Audrey is truly the loveliest and most helpful person. We cannot recommend it enough - so close to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Pitlochry etc. thanks Audrey - we love you.
We were very comfortable in our apartment which was on the third floor looking out beyond the old bridge and village to the woods and hills beyond. Amazing ever changing skies depending on he time of day. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed. Audrey, our host was very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The Apartments in Kirkmichael are located in a great place to visit places both in Perthshire, Angus and into Aberdeenshire at Deeside. We had days out as far as Rannoch Station with stunning scenery of the mountains surrounding Loch Tummel and Loch Rannoch. We also visited Glen Clova for woodland walks and Braemar and the Linn of Dee amongst other places. The location is also situated reasonably close to Pitlochry, Blairgowrie and Kirriemuir the birhthplace of JM Barry of Peter Pan fame. A very interesting and relaxing week.
