I am a gold member for Hilton and every time try to stay there. I booked 2 rooms online and when I came they did have my keys prepared. One of the reception person could not even figure out how to prepare the key and gave the key to the wrong room. My kids were tired and had to come back again with the luggage to get the correct room key.
As a gold member they also not offered me water and when I asked they said that the water is already in room. That was also wrong information. There was no body lotion in the room.
Next day the breakfast was included but the quality of food was the worst I have ever seen. Food was not replenished on time and just the quality was really bad.
Overall I think the owners are just trying to save money. Although some of these things are very basic and I probably wont mind since I only stayed one day, but Hilton has a quality to maintain and when some of these small things are not cared for Hilton is putting their name at riskMore
