This surprisingly spacious and well equipped house is ideal for large or small families , Its location with ample parking makes trips to the surrounding areas easy . The pleasant walk into the centre of St Ives with several routes and Cafes on the way .
Beautiful place to stay, stunning views and plenty of things to do. Some lovely coastal walks. A really good holiday for all the family, we all would love to go back
We stayed at Birdsong for three nights in March and it was perfect. It's a large house that accommodates big groups, so we never felt on top of each other. It has everything you could possibly need; multiple bathroom facilities, a big kitchen and living room and a pool/football table to keep us occupied after a long walk or while waiting for the rain to clear. We immediately felt at home. Best of all was the view of the sea which is breathtaking and totally unexpected.
The house is a short walk to the white sandy beach and blue sea. Definitely one of the UK's hidden gems. St.Ives is also a lovely little place and I especially enjoyed my trip to the Barbara Hepworth museum and sculpture gardens - not to be missed if you are a fan of her work or sculptures generally!
I hope to visit again very soon!
Beautiful home in a stunning location.
Minutes from Carbis Bay along the lovely south west coast path (accessed right at the bottom of the garden). About 15 minutes to St Ives town. The house boasts breathtaking views onto the sea. The house itself has everything you need and more. 2 master bedrooms with en-suites and 2 bedrooms (both with 2 x single beds) open out onto an amazing socialising/gaming area with a pool table, table football and comfy chairs (again with great views). The upstairs has comfy sofas, a large table for eating/playing games and a open plan kitchen. There is also a balcony which opens out onto the expansive sea views. Sit on the comfy love-chair with a glass of wine and watch the turquoise sea melt into the horizon.
A MUST VISIT!
Modern, comfortable home with everything you need. Great view over the bay and out to sea, which is a short walk away. Shop less than 5 mins walk, St Ives not far. Would recommend highly!
