“Lovely Cottage in Penryn”

Simon's cottage is just a few short steps from the main street in Penryn with pubs, restaurants and shops. The fish and chip shop is really close and really very good. The cottage has a lovely bedroom and sofa bed in the living room so 4 can easily stay. In our case our son slept on the sofa bed, he was happy with this as there's a big TV on the wall and am X-Box too! The kitchen is well equipped and there's also a pretty secure garden that we could let our dogs enjoy. Fabulous place, I think we will be back.

“Fab weekend break”
Reviewed 16 September 2018 for a stay in September 2018

A lovely house to base from for the weekend. It had all we needed, the little welcome pack left was very thoughtful too. The house was really well furnished with lots of quirky decor, which we love ! Simon was very accommodating and helpful. The only slight downside is the bath could use a new shower curtain. But it's a minor detail !

“Enchanting Cottage”
Reviewed 4 September 2018 for a stay in August 2018

We stayed at this enchanting property for 3 nights and what a delight it was! Very comfy bed, a lovely welcome pack and very good service/communication from Simon.
It was a great base to explore Cornwall from and the perfect place to come home to everyday.
You will not be disappointed if you stayed here :)
