A beautiful and well preserved temple with stunning ground around it. I really enjoyed coming here and was my favourite temple in Bali, entrance fees were reasonable too!

It was a nice tour of the temple with its magnificent edifices and well maintained gardens. Just pay a minimal amount to view the magnificent attraction in Badung, Bali which is just one hour ride from Denpasar or Kuta.

It's a peaceful kind of temple. Very clean and well maintained. Not many tourists like other temples.

45 mins from Kuta, situated in the tidy little town of Mengwi. This temple complex fating from the middle ages is well worth visiting. Set in tranquil, well kept grounds, with a lovely theatrette presentation and small art gallery, Taman Ayun is well worth the drive. Cross the canal, walk 100m up the rise to the amazing display of the year's winners from the Ogoh Ogoh parades around Bali. This extraordinary display is a hidden gem showcasing artistic and sculptural skills.

The temple itself is not that big. The whole place is just one big garden. Ok to go, but not a priority, considering that Bali has soo many temples to look at. Seeing this among the different temples will not wow you anymore and can actually give this a miss, unless it is just to fill up your day trip.
