This was one of the best restaurants in which i have ever eaten. There is no menu; you get what is offered that day, but what food! Five courses, from antipasto, through primo piatto, secondo piatto, to fruit and desert, with local wine, excellent coffee. Everything is locally sourced and the hosts proudly proclaim that the food and drink is chilometri zero e stagionali - it travels zero kilometres and is seasonal.
I have paid a lot more for a lot less food that was nowhere near as good.
Booking is said to be essential but we were lucky as we just dropped by and got a table. However, there are only four tables and this is a popular place.
This is a proper Sicilian restaurant, serving proper Sicilian food. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
