The booking agent said the restaurant and pool may be closed. It was not made clear at booking that the resort was shut down. The confirmation e-mail stated check-in service was 24/7 at Hotel Magic Games. We arrived to check in and the hotel and town were abandoned. We called the emergency number in the booking confirmation and they could not find our reservation or reach anyone at a front desk of two hotels they told us to try to check in at. After an hour of searching for a human, and two hotels later, a security guard helped call a manager to check us in from a third hotel. Once inside the building, we had to flip the breaker to start electricity to heat up the apartment. It was dusty and we couldn't touch many surfaces. There wasn't hot water for the first day. We didn't have enough linens to cover and use all the beds. This was significantly more than "The restaurant and pool may be closed."

Once we were up and running with groceries, dusted surfaces, more linens, and warm water to shower, the location and rest of the building were quite nice. I would love to give the place a chance when there are people around, restaurants are open, and the pool is available. I'm sure it's lovely.
