I spent 10 night here with my wife & teenage son during June 2013, over all we had a super time and would have no hesitation in reccommending to others (with a car) looking for quiet relaxing break.We took a 2 Bed, 2 Bath penthouse in Block 3 which was finished to a high standard with all the quality appliances one would want including a very effective Aircon system. It came with a large Balconey(& and the roof) and the views are every bit as good as they claim on the website. There are 3 pools (reasonable size) in the part where we stayed and there was never an issue with crowding but it was teh end of June. The area is quiet and be certain that you will need a car & an up to date GPS to find it(essentially it is on the coast road on the headland between Oropeasa Del Mar & Benicassim, office is also there, look for signs for Potocala). It's a couple of miles drive to the shops(Marcadona in Beniscasim is the best option) and something similar to the Beachs...it's not a walk. The development has not been completed to the level I suspect it was origionally planned but there are no signs of that and the whole area has an excellent network of footpaths making it safe to wander off on walks. We did have issues with WiFi but Gabi sorted this out when she said she would and the office did have it if required (not convienient with a teenager). I thought it was a bit petty to charge for parking and teh reason I nearly filtered this out of my serch but at 2.20/day, it's not that big a factor...same cost for WiFi....Bottom line it that we loved the place and will most likely go back, (do the Green walk from Benniscassim to Oropeasa, it's fantastic)
