The rooms are really quite smart and you get the feeling that the hotel is clearly working towards a better class of hotel but don't quite make it. The bar has low lighting which sort of makes it a little seedy and there was loud traffic from the nearby main road from 4am but otherwise, for the price it's fine. There's a large gym at the hotel which would interest many visitors.

Room Tip: Try and get rooms on the gym side of the hotel to avoid noise from the main road

I had a night stay on 19th June 2018. The road that passes by the gate is now tarmac and dust is no longer a problem.
This is my second visit in a year's time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very quiet if you like peace from the noise in the city.
Food is adequate for the pricing. Rooms are very spacious with instant water heating system in the showers. Car parking and concierge is free.

Downside is the beddings and towels. They old and rough after a long use over the years. Towels are tattered. Please Hillcourt you have everything else going for you. Just have new set of towels and beddings. It is your weak point.
Still I recommend this hotel if you want spacious rooms and quiet environment.

Dear Josephsjourney,
Thank you very much for taking time to review your accommodation experience with us. I am gratified that you found our staff friendly and hospitable (helpful) and for the good water heating system in your room was comfortable and the many that are satisfactory to you. I regret that to a larger extend we did not meet your expectations, I have critically discussed your comments with my team and I agree we should have done better. We will soon re-engineer our towels and beddings and your comments will most definitely be part of this process. Once again, Asante Sana for sharing your experience as it helps us to improve our quality of service. We look forward to your next visit. Thank you and God Bless.

Affordable hotel that is accessible away from the hustle and bustle in the city. The only right now is the murram road that is being worked on and it is very dusty. The rooms are large enough with basic toiletries in the room. The breakfast was very nice with variety . Some of their rooms are dark due lack of windows and also that makes air circulation a problem with dampness.
It is ideal for short stay like if you have other activities in Nakuru and just need a place with bed and breakfast that is quiet and away from CBD.

On Friday 23rd March 2018, I was part of a committee that held its report writing sitting in this hotel. We were provided with writing material, candy and drinking water. The hotel served us 10 o clock tea with snacks and at 1pm we had buffet lunch. The hotel offers good conference facilities.
