The staff team were wonderful and very accommodating, stunning lodge, excellent facilities and views. Nestled away on the slopes of a mountain pass, tucked in between massive pine trees, pool, Braai facilities, daily breakfast and secure. Would love to go back!

We stayed for a few nights at Lalaphanzi’s Phezulu self catering lodge and it was heavenly.

Everything in the lodge was very comfortable and stylish and the service was very friendly, professional and discrete. You have everything you need to enjoy a lovely country breakaway with incredible views and walks, but still be conveniently close to shops and restaurants in nearby towns if you need them.

The walks and swimming and boating in the dam were amazing- lots of fun for the grownups and kids, with the beautiful scenery and even wildlife around you.

You can’t beat this for a wonderful self isolating holiday far from crowds, while also avoiding a long drive from Cape Town!

This is one of the nicest places my family and I have been in the Western Cape. There is so much to do in the Estate that you could spend a couple of days just on the estate without leaving (hikes, Kayaking, etc.). Rose was awesome! She cared for us from the moment we arrived. We really felt at home and had a wonderful time. Breakfast and dinner were superb!!! We will definitely go back.
