The Check In Staff at Jaipur was very Good and friendly.The Male Flight attendant staff was very Arrogant and rude .I suggest you not to buy anything in flight if you want anything include in the ticket at initial level or carry your Own food Especially if you are Vegetarian.

First time with AirAsia. Cabin crew and in-flight experience was okay and surprisingly pleasant. Seat pitch on their single aisle A320 a bit tight for the average person, let alone for big and/or tall passengers. Since it is a short flight, it was tolerable.

The main issue I have is with the cost. Although AirAsia is deemed as a budget or low cost airline, the ticket prices may not necessarily be low cost. Ended up having to pay the unreasonably high credit card processing free of SGD 20 per return ticket because other options are not feasible for me. When purchasing tickets on AirAsia, do pay careful attention to the add-on fees and charges.

Another gripe is with their check-in process. Passengers are required to use the automated machines for checking-in but at Penang airport, there were not enough terminals for the number of passengers as some terminals were faulty and unusable. This aspect needs improvement.

I have never enjoyed flying on AirAsia as I have found some of the flight stewardesses to be impersonal, unfriendly and proud. However, on this flight, I was pleasantly surprised. The lead stewardess was very friendly, attended to guests smilingly and explained patiently if a request could not be entertained at that particular moment. I was impressed by her friendly demeanour and smiles. Unfortunately, I could not make out her name from her name tag. This was one of the best flights I have ever had on AirAsia.

Pros:
1. Got very cheap flight tickets.
2. The flight was on time

Cons:
1. No check-in luggage allowed, it has extra charges.
2. No leniency in weight of hand baggage [Max 7 KG allowed including hand purse, laptop bag - all together].
3. In-flight water was around Rs 150 for 350 ml bottle.
4. Flight airconditioner was too cold. The blanket was charged for around Rs 1000 per blanket and they provide it 45 min after take-off and take it back for 45 min prior to landing.
5. All services and food-items were expensive.

Flew from Kochi to Singapore through KL. Overall good experience from check into boarding and transit in KL.

I found the seat pitch a bit less compared to other airline though I was in an extra leg room seat.

Overall good experience. Did not try any refreshment .
