Took this flight to Big Sky for skiing. Had a kind of long layover in Chicago, but all in all flights were on time and luggage arrived. Boarding and travel went off with no issues.

Everything was on time. The ground crew in PVwas very efficient including the flight crew home. I was upgraded to first class going home because of my frequent flyer mile partner. Food was great and drink was abundant also. Only thing is that they don’t have digestive liquors. Arrived early.

We had 1 1/2 hour delay in St. Louis due to onboard computer problems. By the time they recycled the computer, we needed more fuel. Then we had too much fuel and had to burn some off. In San Francisco, our connection city, we were 40 minutes late taking off because the wi-fi was not working. They finally gave up on that and we left with it not working. The food was terrible on the San Fran to Singapore leg. We had one very friendly cabin attendant and one who had no idea of how to smile. Coming home was Hong Kong to Chicago and the food was even worse. The flights themselves were smooth and our flights home were timely.

United has to be the worst. Took a red eye and of course the A/C was set at -35 and everyone froze. We boarded and asked for pillows and blankets and were told there were none. Took off and in the air about an hour and headed to the bathroom and as walked by the stewardess jump seats saw 4 pillows and 4 blankets used by the crew. Nice they had some for themselves... after all they need to be comfortable to take care of all of us cranky passengers when we land.
