We were supposed to have a transfer at 8:40pm today and it never arrived. We had the hotel call the tui rep and she couldn’t get any information out of her. We called the rep again only for the phone to ring out. This made us panic. We had to practically beg the taxi guy to take us to the airport because we were short of the money that we needed. We were very lucky that the taxi guy had a good heart and took the money that we had otherwise we would have been stuck not being able to get to the hotel. Everything else was fine but it was a shame that the holiday has now sadly been ruined by this. Would not recommend

Flights were good well organised and the crew provided a great service. Flight home was delayed, service and info at the airport has room for improvement, however this is not the airlines fault.

Flight was full to its capacity,food was good including vege meals for my sister and family Friend ,next morning we noticed tui staff handed breakfast to one half Of passengers but not to my side and other Sisters side,they gave Tea and coffes then Came the bombshell that they had a glitch with element used to heat breakfast,about 10-15 minutes for landing they were ready to give us our breakfast ,my Sisters friend was given vegetarian breakfast which had meat in it,they handed breakfast to my sister that had egg in so sister couldnt eat it and neither could our family friend,as for me i didnt get the chance to be given a meal as landing time meant i would end up with indigestion..give me Virgin airlines anyday,i dont care how much they charge give me them anyday,would never Use tui again

Decided on a holiday in June as we thought that all the children over 4 years would be in school; how wrong we were! The flight was mostly families with children, many of whom were of school age, and there were lots of screaming kids who played up all the way to Palma, and the same on the way back. To be honest some of the children were well behaved, but some were little terrors, and made the flight a nightmare for those sitting near them!
