It was Very Nice Flight on a board with TAP Portugal from Frankfurt International Airport to Lisbon Airport during my vacation 2 weeks trip to Portugal. Everything were OK during the flight and in airports. The food and beverages on a board were Exellent !!!
My wife and me were very pleased to travel together with TAP Portugal team on a board. We did arrived to Lisbon without any delay. My positive recommendations for all types of Travellers. It is really Very Good Airline Company !!! I hope You will be also satisfied flying with TAP Portugal !!!

Flight didn’t reach final destination. No alternative transport provided. TAP now refusing to pay any compensation

During my flight, we were attended to in a special way by the onboard staff. They were attentive to our requests and doubts. They had special affection in the attention towards our children and they facilitated us all the comforts that we required.

TAP is fine along as they don't manage to lose your luggage.
If that happens just pray to anyone that someone in this horrible company cares and manages to find your luggage.

If they don't respond to your emails and calling them is useless, just write a angry message on their Facebook page. Then you have their attention.

We used TAP for 5 flights during our Portugal and Morocco trip. Flights were generally on time. The planes were older Airbuses and felt somewhat cramped in economy, but it wasn't terrible. Meals and snacks were good. Entertainment on the long hauls was fine. None of our checked bags were lost or delayed.
