This was my first trip to Lisbon and first time to use TAP air Portugal. This was an economy flight each way, so I was not expecting much in the way of frills. However the seats were perfectly OK. I am tall. There was better space than ba economy. Plus the flights were both on time and I couldn't find any holes to pick with the on board cabin attendents. So all in all an easy journey both ways.

My family and I were scheduled to fly back to New York from our vacation in Portugal. Out Delta flight was cancelled and fortunately we were able to get a flight back to JFK on TAP Airlines. Never having flown on TAP we were somewhat skeptical but as it turned out, the flight on TAP was far better than the Delta flight. The plane was newer, there was far more space (even in economy) and the flight attendants were kind and seemingly happy to help out. I would absolutely recommend TAP and personally will look to book flights on TAP for out next trip to Europe.

I flew from Lisbon to Amsterdam with TAP in business class last August. I believe that flying in business within Europe doesn't worth it, neither in TAP or other airlines, but TAP purposed me an upgrade using miles and I accepted. I'm glad I did it. I was positively surprised by the improvement in the service since the last time I flew business with them (December/2018). I visited the TAP lounge in Lisbon, good range of food, the pasteis de nata were delicious, very good range of drinks, with a barmen preparing every kind of cocktails. The boarding could have been more organized, but it was not that bad. But the meal served was the most noticeable improvement, it was a proper dinner, a warm meal, instead of a bunch of cold snacks. The steak was super good. The cherry on top of that: the flight was on-time (I must say, by my experience, this is very rare occasion with TAP)

My wife and I travelled on TAP and were wonderfully surprised about the aircraft we flew on. A new version of Boeing with lots of leg room and exceptional staff made our trip enjoyable. I recommend this airline 100%

Nice crew and a very good meal! Luggage arrived very quickly.
Everything perfect so what can one ask more?
