I flew from Lisbon to Amsterdam with TAP in business class last August. I believe that flying in business within Europe doesn't worth it, neither in TAP or other airlines, but TAP purposed me an upgrade using miles and I accepted. I'm glad I did it. I was positively surprised by the improvement in the service since the last time I flew business with them (December/2018). I visited the TAP lounge in Lisbon, good range of food, the pasteis de nata were delicious, very good range of drinks, with a barmen preparing every kind of cocktails. The boarding could have been more organized, but it was not that bad. But the meal served was the most noticeable improvement, it was a proper dinner, a warm meal, instead of a bunch of cold snacks. The steak was super good. The cherry on top of that: the flight was on-time (I must say, by my experience, this is very rare occasion with TAP)
