“No lay flat seats”
Review of TAP Portugal

Was hoping that by the time my flight was that TAP would have switched to the A330 with lay flat seats but it wasn't to be. This plane was dated. The flight itself was on time and boarding was fine. A glass of juice or champagne offered before takeoff. Hot towel before meal then a decent 4 course meal served on China and real silverware. Then breakfast before landing. Even though you're not paying Emirates or British airways first class prices it's still pretty expensive for the experience. I think next time I'd do economy like the last time and save the money for ground experience's.

The team was really unfriendly and not polite at all! Plus it was super hot before taking off, no AC or probably a problem with. Didn't really appreciate that flight, thanks it was only 1 hour. But it definitely was not reflecting the image of the Portuguese we met while our holidays, but we have been for sure disappointed to end up on a bad last memory of Portugal,

This was our first time flying with TAP Air Portugal. We found it to be an average airline service for a short flight.

Doing online checkin was great and we thought it would be great however flight boarded about 20 minutes Kate and we sat on the tarmac for more than 30 minutes before taking off, which affected our booked transfers at our destination. This was further exacerbated by baggage claim taking around 25 minutes to appear on the carousel. Disappointing.

this is just an example of the bad service "offered" by TAP. Constant delayed flights, (this one had 1.5 hours,; my return flight approximately 1 hour), zero entertainment onboard (newspapers, magazines, TV or radio); awful food and zero onboard shopping. And comparing the price You pay for the Service you get, it is very very bad...
