3 of the 4 flights were on time. The other flight was only 27 minutes late. One of the flights had comical remarks from the stewardess and pilot. It was refreshing. We did have difficulty obtaining our self baggage tags in Baltimore, MD, but we are not computer savvy. Some may not like that the back seats do not recline, but the price was incredible.

Let me just say bluntly I will never fly Spirt Airlines ever again our flights were on sale 80.00 dollars a piece round trip great price right. Wrong, not if you would like to pack clothes or toiletries in total they charged us coming and going over 400.00 dollars In Luggage fees in my opinion this is a scam they get you on real cheap then hit you with these outrageous fees when you are at the airport since when does a ladies purse count as a luggage fee. This in my opinion is an outrage I feel very taken advantage of. Fly at your own risk.

They changed their seating and baggage policies/enforcement. They are no longer the low cost provider. On to Frontier, Southwest and others. Of course the service remains poor as expected but not commensurate with total overall cost. Also we fly 15-20 times per year.

Been fighting since the beginning of the pandemic to get my money refunded when federal travel restrictions prevented us from flying to Fort Lauderdale for a family vacation. They only offered a 6 month credit. However, this piss poor airline no longer flies out of IAG. There customer service is horrible. Criminal basically almost impossible to communicate with anyone. Even when you get through after hours on hold they'll drop you call on purpose. Spend the extra couple hundred bucks and fly on a real airline - Avoid Spirit like the plague!!!!!

The flight got delayed 2 hours not just that at the las minute they changed the boarding gate the airport was full of delayed flights some of them were up to 7 hours , do not take this airline ever
