I have travelled on these airlines quite a bit to get to know the exact attitude of these airlines and how they treat their customers. one word HOPELESS service ! the female air hostess does not even greet you or even smile when you are onboard or is this too much to ask for ???? the ground staff are also extremely arrogant and looking for ways to make money by charging you for overweight cabin luggage, they WON'T even give you a glass of water ONBOARD for free when you ask them and especially when you ask them for some water their facial expression changes to something like WHY AM I EVEN THERE ? I would advise you to book Quantas instead of this as these people are hopeless to the core. The WORST in AUSTRALIA, i suggest the CEO or whoever top bloke reading this turn towards first improving the attitude of the female air hostesses and then look at providing basic amenities such as water for free onboard and to provide service with a SMILE such as singapore airlines does. The Air hostesses behaves as though a 1 hour flight journey for them is like a 20 hour international ordeal when you are about to step out of the aircraft and look at their facial expression !!!
