Review of Ryanair

Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Expensive airline with a hidden agenda! you need to book and pay for seats to get your boarding pass printed for both ways otherwise there will be a £80 charge for printing them out at the airport. Beware this is a scam by ryanair to get more money, also you are only entitled to take a handbag on the flight unless you have paid extra again for a cabin bag!. The flight was a unpleasant experience there was fighting both ways on the plane the air hostess were too young and inexperienced to deal with this, there were shouting and swearing but nothing done about this. There was not enough stock on the plane for drinks never again!

We found no problems at a time when flights were getting cancelled on people every day .. one of the lucky ones . We have booked again for this September to Malta. Prices are very good if you are ok with not buying snacks etc on board because they are very pricey

Firstly i will say that i will never be flying anywhere with this company ever again.
From start to finish my outward bound was a nightmare, the company policy has changed re luggage and on reading it over and over thought we had cracked it. But on booking in due to technical problems everyone was told to use self check in.
I asked the staff on duty about the 10kg hold bag which we are entitled too rule he stated that i should book in my large bag which we paid for on booking holiday and then take the two bags to the gate and they would be taken off us.
When it came to this security passport control asked if we had liquids in the bags which we had we were told that Ryan Air policy was confusing and that they are expecting passengers to get it wrong then end up paying £40 per bag for the mistake.
On booking on to the flight ryan air had placed myself and by wife apart then had the cheek to want to charge another £15 to change seats. This also happened on the way back and on speaking to other passenger they had the same done to them.
The staff on the flight home were rude and un prepared no food and were very rude to several passengers speaking in there a different language to each other thinking that no one understood them. Its very rude.
All in all the company just con people out of money they planes are dirty and cramped and the staff not all but most rude and un professional

I have used Ryanair a number of times, along with other lo cost airlines. This flight was exactly as expected - on time, plesant and cheap. I know people knock Ryanair for trying to charge for every last thing, but tbh all the charges are there to see on the website and the booking process is relatively easy.

All complaining about low-cost Airlines, but I believe that they respect our money more than the big ones and expensive.
As a wheelchair user, I had bad experience with two major Airlines. They broke my wheelchair.
