The outward flight was over an hour late due to the plane coming in late. Really annoying as we didn't get to hotel til after 12am. The way back was even worse. The strange thing is that the plane into Chania is due in at 9.25pm but plane is due to fly out at 9.50! There is absolutely no way that there can be a 25 minute turnaround so the plane was over an hour late taking off...but then it must be late every week given this scheduling. Once on board there was no hot chocolate, ice and other drinks and the tea ran out half way through the first run of sales so there was obviously no restocking done. We were due in at 11.59 but it was close to 1am when we eventually landed. At least Customs was empty...about the only plus point!!

An hour delay wasn't the best start to our holiday. No reason given or even notification on the information board. We didn't start boarding until after our departure time. There were lots of unhappy people getting on, and everyone's reason was the same. In flight the staff were friendly and the flight itself was smooth.

Travelled Ryanair on many occasions, some with happy, jovial passengers though most with the usual Stag and Hen idiots who treat the aircraft and its majority passengers with complete disrespect.

This was another one of the latter. Completely out of control at the Gate and striding across the tarmac to board the aircraft.

Prior to departure it was a complete shambles as the 'parties were staggered throughout the aircraft, shouting abuses to each other, having no consideration of fellow passengers.

Several passengers did intervene to ask for calm to certain individuals.

Basically, these should have been off-loaded before the doors closed.

Instead, the take-off proceeded and the inevitable happened where seat belt signs were regularly turned on and no alcohol was to be served.

Again the Cabin Crew were amazing to put up with this hassle.

For me, another RYANAIR flight which was a complete disgrace.

Flight on time as usual, pain free boarding and good service on the flight.Only issue I have is the cost of food and drinks on board and getting pestered to buy scratch cards for charity, that apparently no charity ever sees any of the money according to tv and media.
