Short flight to Turin but honestly everything went smoothly.
I did book priority which I think was worth the little extra. Although the Priority q was quite long too.
Airline seats were ok, yes no real buffet service but on a short flight a drink is enough.(for me anyway). No pocket for magazines etc...Cabin crew did their job but must admit not that friendly. smiled and said hello and goodbye but that is about all.
Short flights are fine by me to use Ryanair.

Had only one case to check in, which went smoothly, no queues. Waiting time was easy, no delays. Used priority booking as had a carry on plus a handbag, again this went smoothly. Flight itself uneventful and landed on time.

There was a delay from Treviso to Marrakech and the same thing flying back. The stuff was not very polite.

Plane on time departing and slightly early landing. Crew courteous. Got priority boarding to be sure of taking my carry on in the cabin. Hubby was seated somewhere else in the cabin but no problem for that length of flight. I do think it a bit money grabbing to not put people who booked together next to each other especially as the flight was only half full.

It was the only airline flying from Newcastle to Madrid so we thought we would give it a go. With all the flight cancellations last year we were a bit dubious. The flight was 30 minutes delayed from Newcastle, the plane is very basic. No safety cards, no pockets seats but other than that it was comfortable. Would use them again.
