Sat in the garden having a nice pint in the sunshine thinking will I ever see the cases again. Jet2 still as helpful as ever. No contact from Mr Flanagan whom I can apparently escalate my case to after 6 weeks. Maybe this mythical man will deem me worthy to speak to.I'm not angry any more at your complete lack of assistance to help in any way to get the cases back,just in disbelief that you gladly take £2500 for a lovely holiday then as soon as a problem occurs drop it like a hot turd and say it's your fault you will have to deal with it. Never expected treatment like this from a holiday company I have used many times before,but will have to think long and hard before using again. Can you please contact me and help in any way to get the cases back, like recommend a courier, tell me the address of the location of the cases,or estimated costs of returning them. Please don't send me the usual response of we take your complaints seriously one of our team will contact you shortly just leave your holiday reference.HELP in a positive way please

Love this airline,staff are always so nice and friendly,seats are not to bad, at least they don't tip back now thank goodness, one of the best reasonable air lines with fabulous extra weight for our cases .

Service was excellent from checking in at the airport to arriving at our destination.Flight attendants are polite and very attentive.We were fully informed of reasons for a short delay which prevented frustration and allowed us to distract our toddler grandaughter

Very efficient handling of luggage on arrival.
Prompt boarding and take off.
Return journey we were waiting on a bus for quite a while then missed our slot and arrived late in Edinburgh.
Most annoying PA system - suitable for a holiday camp.

After flying with Ryanair, I expected a little more comfort with the price I paid for Jet2.

Pretty much the same as most budget airlines but more expensive.

The staff are lovely though.

Shame that being nice to customers now comes at a premium.
