Very efficient handling of luggage on arrival.
Prompt boarding and take off.
Return journey we were waiting on a bus for quite a while then missed our slot and arrived late in Edinburgh.
Most annoying PA system - suitable for a holiday camp.

After flying with Ryanair, I expected a little more comfort with the price I paid for Jet2.

Pretty much the same as most budget airlines but more expensive.

The staff are lovely though.

Shame that being nice to customers now comes at a premium.

The very unexpected customer service started in Stansted at the 'self service' luggage check-in when a Jet 2 staff member took our bags, weighed them and tagged them and carried them over to the check in desk. In flight service was also good. On arrival at Malaga airport we encountered a Jet 2 customer helper at every point; coming through luggage collection and passport control someone directed us to their desk, we were then directed to an external door where another Jet 2 person indicated the lift and floor number for the coach park, yet another directed us to our coach and a final one greeted us onto our transfer. We were given an envelope with contact details etc. but my only slightly negative comment would be that at no time during our 10 day holiday did anyone check that we were ok. The staff at the apartments (which were well appointed) were very helpful though and altogether a better than expected holiday.

After waiting to board our flight which was late arriving from its other destination, we eventually boarded and was told because of the late arrival we have missed out slot to fly our which was blamed on German airspace. We sat waiting on the apron of EMA for a further two hours, although the Captain kept us up to date with what was happening. We were supposed to land at Rhodes airport at 21.95, but unfortunately were very late, so the transfer to our hotel (which was only 20 minutes from the airport) didn't happen and we arrived around 1.15 am. Then on our flight home we were delayed by 1 hour which we were told was due to French air traffic controllers striking!!! I cannot blame Jet2 but it made a real impact on our holiday which was absolutely lovely.

Have flown with Jet2 holidays twice this year, with another booked. The airport staff and the cabin crew were excellent and so efficient
Baggage included in the price and the leg room on the plane was great.
Highly recommended.
