After waiting to board our flight which was late arriving from its other destination, we eventually boarded and was told because of the late arrival we have missed out slot to fly our which was blamed on German airspace. We sat waiting on the apron of EMA for a further two hours, although the Captain kept us up to date with what was happening. We were supposed to land at Rhodes airport at 21.95, but unfortunately were very late, so the transfer to our hotel (which was only 20 minutes from the airport) didn't happen and we arrived around 1.15 am. Then on our flight home we were delayed by 1 hour which we were told was due to French air traffic controllers striking!!! I cannot blame Jet2 but it made a real impact on our holiday which was absolutely lovely.

Have flown with Jet2 holidays twice this year, with another booked. The airport staff and the cabin crew were excellent and so efficient
Baggage included in the price and the leg room on the plane was great.
Highly recommended.

Just returned from our holiday with jet 2 as last year all very friendly and helpful. We wondered if it was just a fluke last year but this year was equally as good. We were kept informed all of the time. Ground staff were very welcoming and the cabin crew were I think much friendlier than the average. We will try hard to use them again. Brilliant!!!

Flights on time, always a bonus! Very pleasant cabin staff. Very efficient boarding at Majorca which led to early take off and landing.

My husband has recently developed a knee problem which afffects his walking. Staff at both airports and on the flight were so helpful. We are both quite tall and on this particular plane the leg room was quite good without having to pay for an upgrade. As with all airlines the food is not great and both food and drinks are pricy.
