cant fault the customer service from check in, to transfers all organised and helpful,from self check in and weighing own bags(i didny have a clue) to wishing us a lovely holiday all with a smile.

Checking in at Newcastle with Jet2 was very Quick and the Customer Service People were very organised & was impressed with the amount of staff that they had on traveling 1st June 2018
Same service when we arrived at Heraklion Reps were waiting for us to arrive & got straight onto our transfer to the Hotel- very happy after a late arrival time
First time with Jet2 would travel with this Airline again

We have Flown dozens of times with Jet2 from Leeds/Bradford. We have never had a problem the cabin Crew have been very pleasant and most helpful. My wife who is Severly Sight Impaired has always been treated courteously, sympathetically and she has received all the help she required from both ground,check in Staff and Cabin Crew.

Having had some poor flights with Ryanair we decided to try Jet2 and we were pleasantly surprised by the positive differences. Sensible seat arrangements, good luggage management, up front boarding passes and very friendly staff

Entering Birmingham Airport i was amazed to see how much the airport had changed in the few short years since using it last. Baggage check in was a breeze as i had used the very convenient online check in service offered by Jet 2 a few days earlier. walking through the doors into the vast airport we were greeted by friendly Jet 2 staff prominent in their bright red uniforms wearing equally bright smiles.we were ushered toward the appropriate baggage drop off point with out any stress whats so ever. Within ten minuets were ambling through the various designer shops and restaurants so tastefully decorated seeking a little breakfast before the flight. The restaurants and fast establishments were helpful and swift in service. There is an outdoor smoking area leading from Cafe Nero to a covered landing on the outside of the building on the first floor. The airport has ever thing holidaymakers requires should you forget something though at a premium price. Finishing our breakfast i noticed our flight was now boarding the huge electronic boards stating your flight number your destination and at which gate to go to. Follow the signs and before long you board a shuttle bus taking you across the tarmac to your plane. Thankfully the journey is short as passengers are shoe horned into the bus and things can become a little intimate. The bus pulled up alongside the huge plane and disgorged its passengers. My partner and i boarded the plane though she was a little nervous of flying. The aircrew were fantastic and understood her apprehension easing her mind with kind words and a calm manor. After a brief safety demonstration we buckled up and taxied to our take off point. With everything checked and ready i felt the plane begin to move and as it raced down the runway the engines were howling like Banshees the G forced pushing us back into our seats. The nose of the plane lifted the world outside the window turned sideways we were airborne. Looking towards my partner she stared directly into the back of the seat in front i was unsure if she was holding her breath or not. Having reached a certain height the plane levelled and off things quietened down. The intercom sprang into life with a quick greeting and introduction the captain gave the weather forecast and expected arrival times in Naples. The next information was to tell us the coffee and tea trolley would be along shortly which also sold alcohol, I am sure i heard a sigh of relief. During the flight the captain pointed out interesting points during the flight such as The Alps and Milan while the crew busied with drinks, food and duty free goods. Using the loo on a plane is very disconcerting purely because of the flush system i always worry i am about to be sucked out of the plane via the loo. A fear that has no rational but this is my Achilles heel. Before long we are beginning our descent into Naples, people are stretching and pushing to catch a glimpse of Old Napoli. As the old city grows larger the ochre browns and creams of Napoli emerge from the shimmering heat seems Italy truly has the colours of a Van Gogh work. The plane landed as noisily as it took off but the whole trip was handled so professionally it was a piece of cake for my nervous flying partner. The only downside being that we had no movie entertainment probably because at 2.45 hours the journey is too short. Naples customs was very swift, you scan your passport, smile at the camera, pick up you bags and leave the airport entering 30 degrees of heat tinged with the fantastic smells and Bueno vista that is Naples.
