Early departure from Leeds/ Bradford..good cabin service on Boeing757. We had booked wing exit seats, which allowed plenty of space. Arrived 10 minutes early in Tenerife. Similar service on the return leg, arriving a few minutes early. Overall our flights with Jet2 over the past few years has been consistently good and also good value. Off to Cephalonia with them in June again.

Professional staff. Very limited choice of food and beverages. OK for a short haul flight but wouldn't want to use these for longer than 4 hours. Food ran out, so if you were sitting in the centre of the plane, you'd need to settle for a packet of crisps. Good deals on inflight fragrances. I would advise don't spend money in the airports and buy on the plane. There is limited choice but great if you like what's on offer. Again - things run out, so particular seating is needed. Flight was delayed but this was due to a security situation at Manchester. I'm sure there is a more efficient way of dealing with these situations. If there is a problem - communication with travellors would be good to appease the restless. Manchester airport is a nightmare. I have never had a good experience. Liverpool every time.

Small delay while they de-iced the plane but kept well informed.
Pleasant flight in clean new plane and good offers on board

Flight left on time and arrived early. Seating was acceptable. Toilets were dirty and staff uniforms could do with running repairs.

More than happy with a budget offering, so Jet2 are recommended as a value for money short haul flight. Easy check-in and boarding, so absolutely no issues with using them again
