Great price/value. Direct flight from Netherlands to Indonesia with no match from competition and has an affordable price.

direct flight with comfortable seat and environment. I have a pleasant journey with GI. gonna fly with garuda indonesia again.

Always a great flight to Bali. From the time of boarding, then having a meal and drinks served to watching a movie and you're there in Bali. Staff are always very friendly and efficient. We have tried the budget airlines - too cramped and very limited luggage allowance. Now always fly Garuda to Bali now because they offer more room, better and more inflight service and a generous luggage allowance. Worth the extra fare.

We are planning to go to Japan for a week from 30th june 2018. We booked our ticket online. And then we recieved an email, if our ticket had been canceled due to some issues, but we had paid it. So we called them and ask about this problems but they told us to keep patient, we have emailed them, but they're never replied it. It's such a terrible things, bcs we can't enjoy our holiday because of them.

Good seats, plenty of room and plane departed and arrived on time.

Meals were excellently presented and the cabin staff were very good.

The only shortcomings were that the cabin crews' announcements could not be heard, the arrival cards weren't distributed until we were descending and they had run out of arrival cards printed in English. Fortunately, the attendant looking after us showed us the English version in the flight magazine
