We will not fly coach again on any flight longer than 2 hours. We had priority boarding and designated overhead bins. Our seats were Delta Comfort and much roomier than in coach. It was a comfortable flight with great service.

Flight was okay. Pros: Flight was on time, the food was actually pretty good. The staff were friendly. No issues. Cons: It's a rather uncomfortable plane. The seats are very small, and less legroom than ever.

I would like to compliment Delta for our flight to Jamaica! The flight was very comfortable, from the crew to the screens on the backs of the seats, the availability of the free movies and WiFi was a great perk. The crew was very courteous and helpful for all your needs,
Will definitely fly Delta Airlines for future travel!!
You always hear the negatives about airlines never the positives!! Thought I would put that out there!!!!

I was so disappointed in Delta's Wi-Fi service. They apologized for it, but still. I should have paid them with a check. Sorry, my funds had to go to better use, else where. Should had fixed your Wi-Fi problem!

Equipment problems were all we were told that caused our 3+ hour delay that insured we would miss our connection. Miss it, we certainly did. We waited for hours on standby in Atlanta for three flights before we made the last flight of the day to our destination. We were given no other option but standby until I asked the gate agent if we were supposed to spend the night at the airport. Everyone we talked to at Delta gave us different information. At least, get everyone on the same page!
