“Terrible airline”
Review of Croatia Airlines

We made the mistake thinking this was a legitiment airline due to its star alliance status. However, after canceling our first flight (for no reason) they proceeded to cancel our second flight- for no reason. We understand that issues occur for airlines but the lack of civility towards their customer and handling of the situation was an all time low for the industry.

Worst airline ever!! Definitely would not recommend them.
Delays, transfer you elsewhere without prior knowledge after their total “muck up” and they are rude and just couldn’t care about passengers ongoing flights, accommodation etc. They just want you out of the way!

Relatively short flight but offered classy service with short snakes and reasonable choice of beverages. No entertainment installed.

Last time flying with Croatia Airlines. Crew is polite and professional I'll give them that. But delays and flight cancellation are whole different story. General unpreparedness in event of flight cancellation or delay is to put it politely bad.

I flew with Croatia airlines from Rome to Split and found them to be very professional, polite and welcoming to their passengers. The flight attendants ensured everyone on board was offered snacks and drinks at no charge and service was prompt and efficient. My flight was delayed due to reasons beyond Croatia airlines control (strikes in Rome) and they were absolutely accommodating and understanding of travellers frustration and made every effort to ensure passenger satisfaction. I was apprehensive about flying with Croatia initially but after my experiences I will definitely be using them again!
