We flew to Durban on Boxing Day - the in flight service was excellent as was the service on the ground at Heathrow.

We flew from Glasgow International to London Heathrow for our connecting flight to Australia as a family and we could not fault it at all.

Bought business class tickets on aa.com, on the way to London from Miami as lunch was serving they ran out of food. On the way back arrived to Vienna to take flight back to London and they Miami, British representative told us that we do not have a flight London to Miami, call as.com. After an hour on the phone the only option was to fly the next day, I had to book hotel in Vienna.
Next morning delay one hour so most likely I will be missing my flight London to Miami.
Business class in British is as in the picture, it’s regular coach, only difference- no one sits in the middle, don’t waste your money!

A brilliant experience. The staff were lovely at the airport when we were checking in. The staff on the plane couldn't do enough to ensure we had a comfortable flight - they were really professional and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. i was pleasantly surprised at the standard of the meal and the continuous offering of refreshments.
We will be using them again.

Cancelled our flight from Heathrow to Bologna 6 hours before we departed for Heathrow. Arrived in Heathrow and waited 55 min for a parking bay. When coming back three weeks later, another late departure ( 1 hour and 15 min.) for BA from Heathrow to OR Tambo. Will definitely make use of Emirates in future.
