Unfortunately choose to fly early on Thursday morning in June on flight full of stag and hen dos. BA obviously aware of this as the flight was not one of there’s but operated by Titan Airways. Not a recommended flight. Took ages to get a drink or any food as halfway down plane and the service was very slow.

Not flown with BA for years. Terminal 5 is great. From checking in to boarding the aircraft all went smoothly. The departure area was spacious and not congested, unlike Luton airport. Would definitely travel to Heathrow and fly BA again

Club Europe legroom is worse than Ryanair and EasyJet extra legroom seats which cost less than half the price of the average Club seat. It’s an unacceptable offering for a premium airline. Given the limited space, one cannot slide down the seat and there is virtually no pitch so one has to sit bolt upright for the entire flight

One wonders why the airline chooses to punish their premium travellers in this way.

Having to pay to select seats more than a week ahead is horrible customer service. Will make me find other airlines that don’t require this for future flights to/from Europe. All Else was very good

We were informed before travelling that a complimentary snack and drink would be served. This was not the case and many were disappointed as nothing was served. On the way back a delightful crew supplied said drinks and snack - much better served on the return flight. Flight was on time both going out and returning. I have been flying with BA for well over 40 years - 35 of which were to Tunis, sometimes several times a year. The service then was far superior I a sad to say.
