Review of Blue Air

I would have loved to give this airline a rating of Five Stars and above except for a delayed arrival at the Turin, Italy airport. I flew with them in August 2017. Right from the boarding gate up to the destination everything about BlueAir was excellent. I would gladly recommend this airlines compared to other competitors to all would be travellers. I firmly believe the other airlines have a lot to learn from this airlines with regards to cleanliness inside the aircraft, the inflight services and above all the polite and exceptionally courteous aircraft staff. Unfortunately I forgot to take their names for a recommendation but I will definitely be on the lookout for this in any future travel with this airline. Keep It Up, BlueAir.

I was surprised to find that they were very punctual, and the plane was clean inside. The staff were very kind, but as a reminder the plane seemed a bit old. Otherwise, nothing to reproach, is over Wizz Air.

Flew from Liverpool to alicante return, everything smooth and easy..arrived 30miutes early, return just as smooth. Will deffo fly with these again..as stated, free sandwich & drink on board, pleasant crew..no problems

One and a half hour delay seating on the aircraft before take of without any explanation The flight was OK comparing to low cost flights.After landing we realized that 45 baggages have been sent to other destination. from here started a saga that ended after 3 days. The main problem that the customer support is not reachable and if you want to talk to them you have to pay for the call.Think twice before you fly with this company

Online booking was easy, some of the seats were free to reserve. Boarded plane on time. Pleasant staff. Free sandwiches and hot or cold drinks. Alcohol was not free however the cans of beer were full sized, not the dinky ones you normally get. There were no scratch cards or upselling
