Overall, quite a bad experience, don't think I'll ever fly with them again.
Some positive aspects as quality of food and friendly staff are more than outweighed by the following
- Nasty transfer process in DEL airport. Huge, chaotic lines and unnecessarily complicated process. We had a stressful wait that lasted over 2 hours and only made our flight because they delayed departure as we were by far not the only ones
- Out of four legs flown on Air India, in three of them, they had an in-flight entertainment system. In my seat, it worked on neither of the flights
- In this particular flights, about half the toilets were unusable by mid-flight and it does not seem to be in the job description of the crew to do something about it
If you can, pay a bit more and avoid Air India.

11 hours flight from London Gatwick to Cochin .The flight crews were horrible with no manners . Considered the passengers as cattle. Appeared as racists. Probably all the passengers were Malayalies . Flight was stained and the seats were faulty believe that it it is enough for Indians. No entertainment and faulty screens. Never again
Worst experience ever. I missed my connecting flight to Italy because of a 2 hour delay. They haven't yet booked another flight to allow me to go home and I haven't slept or eaten for hours. I'm just stuck at the airport of Delhi for who know how long. Don't fly with Air India.

we had an very bad experience with chennain air india international departure terminal 2 with staff name LATHA AND SWATHI GANESAN , due to the negligence and unacceptable behaviour and ZERO HELPING NATURE , we losed our travel flight and denied to make her travel . we need urgent action on this and need an valuable feed back on this please...contact no 9843176766. we just reached 5 min late to counter they just neglected the boarding ...the person mentioned above, they completely irresponsible and ZERO helping nature . they saying AIR INDIA IS AN LOCAL AIR LINE ,NOT AN AIRLINE . very bad to listen this ....finally my wife travelled with other airline with very high stress full situation ...
