“A No Issues Flight”
Review of Air Canada

People tend to speak out about Air Canada only when things go wrong, and seldom - that I've seen - when things go right. This flight well right in every way. Check-in was quick and easy (I had checked-in online the day prior but there are no self-help machines to check-in at Air Canada Frankfurt and print baggage labels and a boarding pass so you have to go to the counter). Boarding was orderly and timely. The flight departed on time and it landed early. Everything in between those events was largely forgettable (there's no way to make a flight pleasant when you're in a full airplane, in economy). The usual and mediocre 'chicken or pasta' but at least the in-flight entertainment system and, more importantly, screen are much better than previously on the Boeing 777. Flight attendants are dumpy and grumpy but nothing unusual in that the past several years. All in all, about the best one could hope for to get from Frankfurt to Montreal.

Super unimpressed with Air Canada. Booked 2 seats months in advance, showed up to the airport 3 hours before our flight and then was told that we were both on standby. Was not given seats near one another, even though the plane was full of single flying passengers, and my luggage was broken on this trip.

Every think was include, drink, food, luggage nothing extra to paid.
The meal was very good I was very surprise. You have plenty of choice for music or movies.
The staff was so polite and very very nice with every body.
16 hours it’s hours was a long flight the departure was,delay of 2:30 hours because of the bad weather in Belgium coming in MONTRÉAL. But even if they was late it’s make no difference for me they didn’t have no control on the weather but they take time to explain us why it was delay.

This is the WORST airline that I have ever flown, we were delayed due to weather (even though I heard the agents talking about being short staffed yet again which was the real reason for the cancellation) We had to get a hotel out of pocket which Air Canada refuses to reimburse. Once we finally got on our flight we had to endure 1 hour of just sitting on the tarmac with no notifications as to why and no water offered. We missed our first day in Vegas and the return flight was even delayed.
Once this company receives your payment, you are no longer a customer it seems as they have your cash so why would they bother to show any type of customer service or human decency for that matter.
I wrote them emails after emails and they wont respond. I will NEVER fly with this messed up organization ever again.

Good connections to Bangkok via Hong Kong. Service and helpfulness could definitely improve. As well, no apology when making contact with seated passenger when pushing service cart down aisle. Overhead earphones should be available in premium economy class for those wearing a hearing aid.
