We travelled for a holiday from London to Mexico city, then to Cancun and back from Merida to Mexico city and to London. Before travel we had to contact the UK phoneline because of change of schedule of the flights, and were realy pleased with the service. We had all 4 flights very pleasant. Customer service was great in English as well. Entertainment on the long hauls was great /plenty enough to keep the kids and adults occupied/. You get pillow, blanket, earphones, eyepatch and earphones - all you need for a long flight. Food was tasty as well. Plenty of drinks. Cusomer service onboard was great. The only thing was that we could not make the online check in, and we had separate seats for the night flight from London to Mexico city despite being at the check in desk at Heathrow 3h. in advance. As a family of 5 /3 kids/ this was not very comfortable for us, but the staff at the airport did its best to accommodate us as close as possible, so it was not too bad. We did not have any check in luggage - just the 10kg cabin suitcase each which was enough. All the planes were clean including the WC.
