Good Service. In 4 hours you are home. You can enjoy Changi International Airport too... Though its a budget airline.

First time flying with Scoot to Singapore mainly because it was the cheapest at the time. I thought that the legroom was comfortable and not as tight as the other budget airline I normally fly with when traveling to Singapore. Only disappointment was inability to check -in online when flying from Kuala Lumpur.

Flew Melbourne(Australia) to Thailand 3 days back. Flight got delayed by 3 hours due to fog - understandable. Missed our connecting flight from SIngapore to DMK due to the delay. Was asked to wait in transit for next flight to BKK instead of DMK at Singapore - good in a way as we dont have to fly from DMK to BKK again as they gave us a direct flight to BKK.

At BKK - THEY LOST OUR LUGGAGE !!

We had a connecting flight from BKK to Chiang Mai in a couple of hours so had to pay extra to move that over to later on in the day. They said that our baggage will arrive on the next flight from Singapore to BKK so we paid the extra and decided to wait to collect our baggage.

After waiting a whole 5 hours in BKK airport we were only given 1 of our missing baggage. We were advised that the other one will not be available until a full day later. They said they will send the missing baggage to Chiang Mai directly and we had to take time off our holiday and collect it at the airport - Such Poor service - they said they wont be able to deliver it to out hotel.

Went to the airport to pick up the baggage and now they say that they have lost it and maybe its still in Singapore !!!! Terrible service !!!

My clothes, drone tooth brush and everything is missing - Im left with only 1 pair of clothes to wash and dry and wear over and over again from past 2 days !

Trying to call their customer service line and they hang up on you automatically before we reach an actual person to talk to !!

Holiday ruined.

Flight was delayed for 3 hours. Each passenger was issued $10 voucher to dine at food court with only 2-3 stalls opened as it was wee hours. Attendants were not friendly. Will not fly again.

It's actually a cheap flight if you don't need the following:
1. Sitting with your friends or family- each passenger needs to pay extra for sitting with their friends or family
2. drinking or eating in the flight - you are not allowed to carry your own food or drink into the flight - it's stated clearly on the website, do not fight with the staff before boarding the plane
3. a check-in luggage
4. window or aisle seats
5. an area where young children are banned
6. No entertainment at all!

Even though there are some restrictions, I am happy with this airline because I have read everything clearly before I purchased the tickets. Overall, the price is a bit lower (not much lower) than other airlines, the service is good, and both flights took off on time.

I think I will definitely choose this airline again if the price is reasonably lower than others.
