Despite the very wet and windy weather we had a good flight from the Isle of Man. Nice comfy seats and a decent amount of leg room. Check in available at the airport

EasyJet cancelled our flight from Belfast International which was very poorly handled, arranged a flight with Flybe which went ahead with no dramas or problems and was a joy flying in over London in the dark.

I really like Flybe. The staff are great, the seating is generous for an economy. Even the food wasn't as awful as some airlines.

My problem was with the 'special needs' service at Faro Airport. The helpers are assigned to an airline, hence I'm reviewing them here. Even if helpers are hanging around doing nothing, if they are not assigned to your airline, they can't help.

I really appreciate the help I get as a disabled person and I'm always happy and thankful to the staff but here is the problem: We get to the airport and it's a long way to the special assistance desk where we can get wheelchairs. We have to wait for a Flybe attendant. There is no one on the desk. The dedicated phone isn't answered for 20 minutes. We are worried about our flight. The lovely attendant comes along and eventually takes us through baggage check-in in our wheelchairs. We are all (8 of us) dumped in a corridor where there are no toilet facilities, no food or drink and no access to the other facilities able-bodied people are using.

It isn't the service attendant's fault as they are only doing what they are told but more thought needs to go into the needs of the disabled. It's not our fault being disabled and it's not fun either. One poor lady was really desperate for the loo but her husband, who was able bodied, dare not take her half way round the airport to find one as we had no idea when our attendant was due back to collect us. In the end we were rushed straight through to departures. No refreshments - no toilet break. I'm not blaming the airline but if staff are assigned to their airline, they must get this sorted out.

If you have disabled people flying with you, PLEASE take us straight through the security and leave us where there is food, drink and toilet facilities.

total disaster and total confussion staff had no idea what they were doing people were walking around the airport being told to wait imn different places they said relax we make anoucments they didnt make any standing in the arriavals area shouting is not a anoucement when i checked in i was happy but after that it went downhill i was told of a delay but as all good travelers had allowed plenty of time but when they decided to cancel the flight it was impossable to make plans to get to Gatwick in time so missed all my contecting flights really the staff were useless puttting you on a bus to Gatwick with a packed lunch and a claims form is not enough as the form to claim back is so complecated i can see many not getting any money back and sending me to Gatwick knowing i had missed my flight also being standed at Gatwick where hotel prices are high and the best flight i could find was from Stansted made it more expensive so well done Flybe you are a nightmare

The worst airline I have ever flown with as bad as when i was in the army flying in army transport planes the only difference is i had to pay for the pleasure of this flight

Sham because the flight staff were really nice but the plane totally out of date old dirty seat stuck together with sticky tape and i paid extra to sit in it !!!!

The food costs on board are really expensive etc plus 1,hour 10 mins delay on a flight that should have departed Hanover 9.51 no communication from staff in the airport just a text say sorry its delayed as i say never again will i use this carrier
