I had never before heard about this airline but was pleasantly surprised to get a one-way ticket from Nashville to Minneapolis for about $65. FYI, that price was only for a carryon, but I noticed that they weren't checking for whether or not you had one bag or two.

Good flight left on time. Arriv3d on time to orlando with no problem.seats were find and have plenty of leg room

Decent flight, great base fares but they charge for a seat selection if you want to do that ahead and also for a checked bag $30 , or. Carry on bag

Traveled with family on sun country for the first time. It was a great experience, we paid the extra money for the more spacious seats near the front. The seats were really comfortable and lots of extra legroom. Nothing but positive things to say!

I wanted to surprise my mom and sister with first class, which none of us had ever flown before. It was an embarrassment to tell them about and it turned out to be a joke!
1. No priority boarding, zones 1-3 boarded all together, no call for 1st class.
2. No per flight beverage. In fact we were the last seats served anything or talked to from the entire plane!!!
3. When we finally were asked by the flight attendants from the back of the plane, NO free alcoholic beverage, had to pay for it, just free water or pop like everyone else, but ours was 75 min into flight.
4. 20 min prior to landing we got a cookie.
So paying for FIRST class on Sun Country you get TSA pre check, leather vs cloth seat, and a cookie. WASTE OF $$ and it was a surprise all right, surprise you pay for 1st class and you get worse service then regular coach.
