Kulula, I suppose, is okay to get you to your destination.
Nothing really to complain about but the horrible leg space, with that said it's manageable seeing that your flight time will rarely exceed 2hours.

Other low budget airlines offer much greater comfort for much less moola, so my question is, why Kulula?

From check in counter to departure is was professional, On time departure, friendly on board staff, baggage claim was fast with no problems, the seats and the fold down trays needs to be wiped down, the eat stuff you can buy on board is relatively inexpensive and fresh, thank you

MN0132: Cannot believe that KULULA cost me R6000 for a return flight to Cape Town due to them OVERBOOKING a flight.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE:
No email to say that I need to confirm that I will be on the return flight. It is ridiculous that you need to confirm that you  be on a flight you've already paid for ANYHOW!!!!!!!

I'll be fined for AVIS late cancellation and need to take leave due to KULULA's poor service!

Then they think they make up by rebooking a flight for which you have to pay R2000 difference fee.

SHARKS without being loyal to their customers!!

I think I start on twitter with #kululasucks! !!!!

Used their service in May 2017 and it's a so-so airline. A bit squashed and not sparkling clean. Snacks are sold and that compensates for the seemingly lower flight rates. Everything about the plane seemed old on that particular flight. Maybe that justifies the cheapness

Plane was full and took off late but no reason given for the late flight Pleasant staff and no complaints to make Glad to arrive home safely after a long day Landing was good
