Old but wellkept Airbus Industrie A319 aircraft. Efficient boarding procedure on time. Limited information from the flight deck in Spanish as well as in English. OK cabin crew.
Fairly OK seat comfort. Limited legroom. Small and reasonably clean restrooms. No wifi. Small snack and soft drinks served free of charge. No wine.
Take off 15 minutes late. Arrival on time.

The worst check-in ever - started late, slow, disorganized and chaotic. Really nasty, aggressive and rude porters from the sidewalk to the check-in area. Impossible to get rid of.

Efficient boarding procedure 40 minutes delayed. Very limited information from the flight deck in Spanish. Extremely little information in English. No reason for the delay given. Quite nice cabin crew.
Fairly OK seat comfort. Limited legroom. Small and reasonably clean restrooms.
Water served free of charge. Refreshments for sale.
Departure 1 hour 40 minutes late partly due to late incoming flight. Arrival 1 hour 15 minutes late.

We went from bs as, argentina to lax with a scale in Santiago, chile. Both flights were really good, great attendance and on time. I recommend the airline
