They were excellent! Punctual and friendly. The food one of the best.
What I liked was the way to make passengers get into plane. After bussiness class,they started calling the last rows of the plane. So we were not stuck at the first rows

Flew on six flights in two weeks with Latam. They were helpful and friendly. I was a little worried about checking baggage from Juliaca in Peru through to Auckland but no problems at all. They were on time mostly and the crew were friendly.

Not much leg room for a 6'3" guy like me but what do you expect?

Overall good. My brother had an even better experience when Iberian Airlines cancelled a flight and Latam stood in and helped in out at no cost.

We were able to catch 40 winks on this flight. It was comfortable without any air turbulence. We brought our own snacks as this was a Budget flight and everything was charged. We managed to get water from the cabin crew without additional charges. Cabin was clean and pleasant even though the flight was full. The flight departed on time and landed on time. We took Latam airlines on domestic flights in Peru and noticed the schedule consistency.

1. It is the 1st time that I use this airline and my luggage was completely destroyed and nobody is responsible for the damages caused, I won't travel with this airline (LATAM airlines) ever again and I won't recommend it either. I use to travel all the time and I never have this problem at all

2. The service was the worse when I was in the craft I order some drinks and I didn't receive what I wanted from the first flight attendant so I had to ask someone else, this episode never happened to me before

It has been the worse experience in my life while traveling and I won't ever use this service through your company "LATAM airlines"

Everything possible went wrong:
-Flight left an hour late
-Seat was clearly not cleaned since the last passenger
-In-flight entertainment system was not functioning correct and not at all for many seats
-Late departure caused me to miss my connecting flight
-Was moved to a new flight (only positive aspect)
-Bags were left behind in Sao Paulo
-Took a whole week to get my bags to me after a lot of phone calls and emails to mostly incompetent staff
-One of my bags was broken into, causing serious structural damage. Also a number of items were stolen
