FDR Library open or closed?

Does anyone know if the FDR Presidential Library is open during the partial government shutdown? Thanks?

Thank you. I did check out the web site but it did say that some remain open but web site does not get updated. I was hoping it was just the mansion that closed and Library was still open. Hoped someone local knew for sure. Bummer

The park alert in the link above says:

"Closed - The Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site will remain closed during the government shutdown. The grounds will remain open; however, there will be no visitor services. In case of emergency call 911."

The state of NY is paying to keep the Statue of Liberty open and states like Arizona and Utah are paying expenses for some NPS sites - but as far as I can tell that there is only an incentive for the states to pay to open parks that generate a lot of economic activity
