I will attending a nephew ‘s wedding in Wellington, near Cape Town.

I have never been to South Africa before.

What is an appropriate wedding gift?

Seriously, a cheque for a LARGE amount would be good,

Or maybe a brand new BMW or Mercedes Benz??? ;-))))

I'm sure they might appreciate something from Haifa where I believe you live, the Ein Hod artists village there might have something .....

It depends on your relationship to the person getting married. Give what you are comfortable with. Obviously you are spending significantly to get there, that must be taken into account.
