Can someone tell me some tips for the slot machines, I may play Megabucks and want to know for example if I am playing $200 if it's better to let say put a couple $100 bills or 4 of $50 or 10 of $20?? Where to play?? etc.

Any progressive slot machine ALWAYS play max coin-in. Megabucks would be $3 per spin.
The progressive starts at $10M.
When I used to play Megabucks it was at the Cal Downtown, but that slot is in all the major casinos throughout the State of Nevada. They are all tied together.

Max coin is your best bet.
Higher denomination slots pay better % wise.
Progressive slots are not always the best to play.
Use a player card.
Slots use a RNG, Random Number Generator so Luck has Nothing to do with anything.
Move to another machine if its Cold.

Tips:
Be realistic about how much you can win - have win/loss limits & stick to them.
NEVER / EVER chase your money - people who get married to a machine trying to win their money back invariably max. out their credit cards.
I divide my session spend by 20. e.g. 20 X $20
If I get to $60 or more I cash out & put the collect in my back pocket.
If I lose I walk away & try a different machine.
This way you don't / rarely lose your entire stake & if you have some nice wins you end the session a winner.
Max. coin isn't your best bet. You will lose alot more in the long run.
The chances of winning a wide area progressive jackpot are very very slim.
Although sometimes its fun to play a few spins at max. coin I wouldn't do it all the time, I usually play max. lines, minimum bet.

The OP is asking about playing Megabucks. It would be silly to play anything other than max bet on Megabucks. What would be the point of playing it?
Its a negative expectation game - tripling your coin in per spin means triple your losses overall.
I play megabucks, willy wonka, wizzard of OZ because I enjoy the games.
If your sole goal is to win $10 million then play max. coin
Rusty, when you play Megabucks what would your feeling be if you hit the jackpot for over $10M and you only played 1 coin?
There is no way I'd be able to play a progressive without playing max coin.
Play the slots that u think you'll like and hope for the best.

So you wouldn't call getting the right random number luck??????? its like winning the Lotto it is all luck in my opinion
