Swimming in Clarksdale?

Hi TA,

Next summer we'll be spending a little time in Clarksdale. Since we're bringing the kids, I'm wondering if there are any swimming holes, pools, splash pads etc. with public access in or around Clarksdale. Does anyone have any info on that?

Thanks in advance for your response!

Clarksdale is a very small town with only a few hotels/inns.

Nothing that I know of has a pool. You will need to stay in a larger town in order to have access to a pool. etc.

You might consider staying in Tunica instead of Clarksdale. Some, but not all, of the casino hotels there have pools.

The Hampton Inn on New Africa Rd in Clarksdale, MS, has a swimming pool. Also the Quapaw Canoe Company in Clarksdale has great canoe trips with chances to swim.
