Shipwreck Museum vs Soo Locks. Which one?

I only have time (unless I drastically change my schedule) to see either the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum (and Tahquamenon), or the Soo Locks Boat Tour. My group that I am going with is evenly divided

For both the museum (do not talk about the falls, unless you want to) and the boat tour, I would like you to tell me pros and cons for doing each location over the other. At least one pro and one con for each location

If it was just the shipwreck museum, I would pick the locks, but with the falls thrown in the museum wins hands down.

The Locks are pretty cool, but I don't find them nearly as exciting as Tahquamenon Falls. I return to the falls every 4 or 5 years. Will probably be there again a week from today. The locks don't bring me back near as much.

One pro for the falls is the fabulous photos. Can't think of a con. Pros for the museum include the Edmond Fitzgerald and the beautiful setting. Con maybe there is no restaurant there. One pro for locks is its educational. A con is that is less interesting if there doesn't happen to be any freighters coming through.
