I need to book a Soo hotel for late July. We have used The Hotel Ojibway several times previously due to its downtown location and close proximity to the locks.

The last time we used it the rooms were very dated and in need of an upgrade. I thought I read something about a renovation of the place some time back but the pics on the hotel website don't look updated.

Anyhoo...has anyone stayed recently who could give an opinion? Or other suggestions for accommodations. As I said it's for one night only so we probably could manage the Ojibway if it was outdated but clean.
