let me just outline one of my worst expierences i've ever had in any

establishment that is supposedly customer service based.

The red roof inn came highly recommended to me by several friends. so not being to familiar with the inns on riverdale rd i decided to stay for a week.

upon entering the room i had just paid for the first thing i see are

cigarette burns all over the blanket.....first turn off, 2nd a hole in the bathroom wall, and a unkempt toilet.YIKES!!!!!!

the following morning i go to the front desk make a comment about it in the hopes that they would tend to that by the time i return that evening..... Nothing!!! was done. after several days of empty promises to address the situation and the pile of towels mounting and the burnt blanket still there. the am front clerk apparently felt that i was the problem and proceded to be confrontational and beyond rude!!!! how dare i ask for the services that i have already paid for in full up front! so in short travel further

down the road dont waste your time and give your hard earned money to an establishment that cares about sanitation and quality of life in this tough economy! not lgbta friendly stay away!!!!!
